I have been riding my bike lately cause I messed up my foot so I can’t run on it. States is 2 weeks away and tomorrow might be my last chance to make it to it and I don’t know if I can cause of my foot. The meet is gonna be on a soft track so I might not feel my foot but I haven’t been running so I might not be in good enough shape. I run a 1:11.88 500 and I need to get an 1:10. I don’t feel my foot then I think I might beable to do it.
