I laid out what you've been doing to make it a little easier to follow:
Mondays SpE work
Wednesdays Extensive tempo
At this point, I'd say your best bet will be to back way off. Having two meets a week is sufficient to get in all the speed endurance and speed work you'll need. I'd suggest taking the other days either off, VERY easy, or doing some low volume acc dev work from blocks or relay exchanges.
As a side note…
This week the two who race on Wednesday ran 4 * 200 @ about 80-85% with 5 mins rest
This is really intensive tempo.
