this is what I saw, but on the first one only,the last 4 vids seem better
-chest out in the set position
-abs thight+raise the hips just a lil’ more
-once you raise your hips in the ”set”, your head should be in line with your back
-don’t drop your hips just before ”go”…because you’re going from down,up(in the set position),down slightly and up again(on go)
conclusion:just some easy minor ajustement to make that will carry over to a better first 30 meters but overall pretty decent IMO.
