Your technique is not bad to my uneducated eyes.
Everybody has a little different technique, start height etc. because of limb lengths, injury status, etc.
As long as you get to a good second pull position (tight back, shoulders over the bar, bar close to body) and keep the bar close why does anything else matter for athletes who are not Oly lifters?
Also, there a lot of Oly lifters who front squat differently than the squat position they receive the bar in, soem have wider stances when squatting some narrower. Doesn’t seem to matter though. Many do pulls slightly differently as well. They are really just working total body strength with squats so does it really make a difference if the form is exact?
Also come Chinese coaches advocate only squatting to the sticking point depth, obviously above the full squat point, and exploding up from there. Their reasoning is it’s not hard to get out of the bottom but it is hard to get through the sticking point around parallel depth.
