Everything you said is true. I have also met Mike, last summer at USATF Level II and I can honestly say this guy is a genius and when it comes to Physiology and training he may be the smartest person I have ever met. And lets all keep in mind Mikes age. He is very young and for someone to know as much as he deoes at his age who knows what he will be able to accomplish in the future. Everyone should be thankful so have such as person to interact with on a site such as this one.
