It seems this thread has falling flat on its face. Let me pose the question a different way.
Is the way you come out of your stance in the 40 yd dash similar to the way you come out the blocks in track?
The reason I ask is because I'm trying to improve my start which I feel will help me CONSISTENTLY run in the 4.4 to 4.5 range.
I guess what I'm really asking is what is the norm for coming out of your stance in the 40?
