When you say clean and jerk w/ front squat 40kgx1…your just doing 1 rep and then moving on to the next exercise? If so, why such low volume on a lot of your olympic lifts? Also are you steering clear of squats for any reason? I would recommend doing them over leg press and Leg Curls could be replaced with good mornings/glute hams/or deadlifts. It looks like you have a ton of hamstring strengthening stuff on thursday too. I realize you want to build up your strength in that area but it might be over kill. Also what sort of speed progressions are you following? Will you do any straight acceleration work?
