Yup, I’m actually trying to work with Scott Christiansen’s weight training outline: https://www.coachr.org/dista.htm He’s got a real nice sense of periodization that goes with the periodization of running! I’m not entirely sure if it’s the best thing out there, but I’m willing to give it a shot. It’s my first time really having a sense of periodization with resistance training.
Inside of ankles feel much better! Legs feel GREAT. Can’t wait to go long tomorrow!
