There is actually some pretty interesting research on “The Stick” It has been shown to increase range of motion ( hamstring ) with a single use. I can’t recall of the top of my head how great an increase, but I will see if I can link the article. It isn’t a replacement for true soft tissue work but is a pretty good tool for general recovery and regeneration.
