I like B skips as much as I had trouble doing it at first.
I’m not sure if it actually helps technique, but it feels that way.
I’ll work on bounding more when I get more serious with sprinting (don’t know when that’s going to be..)
From my current understanding, acceleration is about knee lifting, and top speed is about powerful hip hyperextension and being able to use more stretch shortening cycle, rather than active force production (not saying it’s not important, but not as much).
I really hope to work up to decent level with good routine one day then fine tune the forms and techinques.
