In vertical jump, the most force is exerted at the bottom half of the motion, so what did you mean when you said little force is exerted in the top part “where the actual jumping occurs..”
I can’t squat at all, and one of my legs is longer than the other so one of my hip ligaments tore from statis strength training with the squat. But front squatting however is pretty good for buildingthe quads for VJing
