I was planning on having him do dumbbell work such as lunges, step ups, and suitcase squats. Do you have any other recommendations for exercises that can be done?
When you refer to medball circuits do you mean a combination of throws or do you mean stuff like squats with a ball and push ups on a ball? I still do not know if plyos of any sort are possible I will find out when I work with him tomorrow, but I will keep up hill stuff in mind. He is in decent shape but there is always room for improvement there.
