I’ve read the information provided in this thread over and over. I feel that I understand it well, but there is still one thing bothering me. Is there any way to stop this “gastric upset” from happening so I don’t spend 5-minutes puking after a workout? Because it gets kinda irritating to have to sit in a bathroom for that long then having a very dry mouth and throat when I finally get done (vomitting).
Any information is greatly appreciated.
