Not really had much to update, I spent a couple weeks deloading and then gradually building up the weight again. I’ve recently deadlifted 600 for 3, completely unloading all tension every rep which I was happy with. Bench press’d 295 for 5 reps, so I think I’m ready for a new 1rm finally. Board press 385 for 1 rep, rowing the 140lb db’s for 8 reps.
Planning on getting back on the track in October, start off with some light conditioning work and see what I’m ready to handle.
