Start is definitely hurting you. I’d say you could stand to throw your first step front arm significantly higher and more aggressively. This will pull your head and shoulder alignment into line with your spine. Will also promote better positions early on and throughout race.
Looks like you’re not getting a full extension in early steps and your shin angle comes up to nearly perpendicular to ground at toe off very quickly, despite continued upper body lean. Is dramatically increasing the time it takes you to reach top speed.
Your running looks very similar to mine. (7.09 55m yesterday).

Thanks Matt, the 200 meter race is attached below , 2nd race, I am 3rd from inside, finishing 2nd, let me know critique. Looks like we would have a good race over 60. 7.09 for 55 , for an ageing decathlete, pretty good, LOL
