Overall Pleased, I turn 41 in 2 weeks time, so gonna focus on long jump for most of next season, I have not been doing any tecnical long jump work and have been relying on speed and power from sprint training to get by, I think there could be a 6.50meter jump there if i push it next season, with 6.50 I can make top 3 in world Masters indoors in Finland next april. This year i focused on sprints and made semi final in European masters indoor 200, (12th overall), 4th in Long Jump in same competition, so my best chance of medaling is Long Jump…….2012 season , Long Jump 6.50meters…..we will see if a new thread pops up, title 41 year old Long Jump Quest….
