So acc. dev. –> MaxV –> Short Speed and simultaneously SE –> SE1 –> SE2? The “true” short-to-long approach? Is that the consensus here? My only beef with that would be doing Acc. Dev. and SE simultaneously seeing as how speed isn’t really developed to work on true SE. Unless of course we’re talking neuromuscular speed end. and then the question is, would that type of training help 200m runners and could/would you do that type of training early on in the year.
