I too would actually like to know what i can do to keep my fitness level. I'm going away for a month where i wont have access to a track, and all i have planned right now is to just do some martial arts training like 4-5x per week or something. As background information, i train myself in martial arts and have a black belt in shotokan karate, a green belt in shorinjiryu kenyukai karate, and a yellow belt in judo. I also know a bit of jiujitsu and grappling, so when i say i'll be training myself i do have some idea of what it is i'm doing.
