Also let me reask my question about using the setup that you and cocky described. Should i do the same exercises every week or should i change them up? I'm new to all this ext. tempo, int. tempo, accel. dev., and hills stuff.
Also I'm not sure about peeking in indoor track, because i heard that it really messes up your training for outdoor and it gives you no time to recover. Is this true?
