Peaking for indoor performance = bad. Peaking for indoors as far as training goes = ok. What I mean is that you can build up over the summer and fall and have a training peak before reloading and getting back into more intense work for outdoors? Does that make sense or is it contradictory?
All the terms are translated in the FAQ section so refer to there. As far as setup goes for summer/fall training, it depends largely on if your coach goes short-to-long or long-to-short in-season. You don't want to do the wrong thing and get cross-signals screwing up peaking.
