actually my uncreative self stole a lot from the FAQ. this is purely hypothetical so dont copy it fraek:D. ok here goes:
Monday: 10x10m full rest (accel dev)
Tuesday: 8x200m @70% (extensive tempo)
Wednesday: 8×150 @80%(intensive tempo)
Thursday: 5×300 @70%(extensive tempo)
