My main goal for next year is to run a 52.9x in the 400 hurdles. I know its a big jump, but i can do it. All the other events i don't really care about. The main thing that i need to focus on is getting faster 200 times. I never really ran a flat 200, but i think my lead off of a 4×200 was like 24.0. This seems very slow to me. I think i have way more endurance than i'm supposed to have, because the first time i ran the 800 i ran it in like 2:05 with pretty much no milage. Also i've never ran the 100 and i have no idea of what kind of time i would have. Pretty much my goal over the summer is to get fast, then get some endurance for cross country while holding onto that speed and bring it into indoor track, then tear aprt the state in outdoor.
