If you're not competing over the summer than take the time off and just lift weights. A couple times a week do a warm up to maintain flexibility, but take a couple months off from pure running to just lift weights, get stronger, and to allow your body to regenerate.
Then, when you get back into the swing of things, the plan that cockysprinter proposed would be fine, except I'd make Friday a hills session and take off Saturday.
