Keeping in mind the fact that they are still in junior high and developing there’s no need to get too crazy with the workouts
This was kind of my point in asking you that. Having them do speed endurance twice a week at the junior high stage of development…..wouldn’t it be more beneficial if you just stuck to the tempo days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday according to your example? Wouldn’t that give them something to build up to once they reach the high school level?
