First the order is wrong, do the 40yd flys first, then sand sprints, then squats before OL's and only do that 2x per week.
While I use some different ordering schemes with advanced athletes when I'm trying to achieve a special stimulus, my recommended order is: more technical–>less technical & higher speed–>lower speed. This would dictate that the order would be sprints–>plyos–>OLs–>heavy static lifts (BP, Sq, etc.). I typically end with a higher speed movement for a couple exercises just to reeducate the NS.
