tonight i did 400 (3mins), 300 (2mins) 200 (4mins) then same again.
Times were 55/56 40/42 and 26/31…..yes it was game over on that last 200….lactic overload!
what would you classify that session as? i.e speed/ accel, speed/specific endurance etc.
