Had my inter-school nationals today… managed to set a new PB and came in 5th even though I’m only sec 3 🙂 Jumped a 12.19. Tried keeping my chest up but found i kept looking down at the board cause i’m scared of overstepping the mark. And how do I focus on keeping low, cause i find that my leg doesnt have much room to move.. Need to improve at least 1m by next year. Any tips and workouts to carry out to help improve?
