Danimal9,
Running hills will be no problem. My neighborhood is full of hills, including a fairly steep one that is about 300 yards incline before it levels off. I should be able to devote around 30-45 mins daily to working out. In addition to my neighborhood, there is a nice high school track not too far from me and I have an enviable collection of olympic weights to work with. I need to figure out how to mix running/sprinting drills with select weight exercises. I have been trained in the olympic lifts from a certified coach, so I feel comfortable with squats, power cleans, etc. Really, just getting started will be a huge key for me. Do I need to go out and get a baseline time just to see where I'm at right now?
