Rest/Recovery -> Went to the beach for a 20min wade.
Have hit a bit of a set back from an achilles issue which first occurred on June 16th. After Thursday night’s session, my lower limbs have been pretty sore and now my left achilles is starting to become a problem. It felt similar to today on Saturday and i just ran through it but my wisdom told me to take the night off tonight and give it a few days of pool work. I just ended up doing some hurdle and some pedestal series. Have a massage booked for tomorrow morning.
Hopefully i should be back out on track soon. Next week is our down week anyway so the timing isnt all bad. My coach wants me in the pool for the next 5 days until my achilles begins to feel better. I have a few physio appts for have dry needling booked.
