Massage appt in AM. Therapist identified several areas which are contributing to my lower limbs issues. Including poor stability through glutes and core, causing postural issues while not only standing, but obviously sprinting. I will have to more conscious of my posture while performing all exercises at training, not just running. I’ve also begun to use my orthotics again. I stopped using them as they were making my feet ache while jogging, but i’m going to give them another go.
Pool again today.
Warm Up (8-10min jog)
4x10sec running A’s (paddle back)
1x 6sec/8sec/9sec/10sec R/T’s (paddle back)
4x5sec (R45sec reps/2min between sets)
3x4x7sec (R1min btw reps/4-5min btw sets)

Track work tomorrow. I’m going to see how i go bringing the speed up around 85% in flats, and then hopefully get ready for our 2nd cycle next week.
