Really trying to work on my arm strike down during this phase of MV. My coach and teammate have really been helping me by identifying specific points each session which i’m doing well and not so well. I found this session really good, and felt strong throughout. My acceleration during the FEF felt really consistent, due to the short hill work i’ve been doing for around 10 weeks now. Good session.
