I am getting this athlete from someone else. Based on what I have been told a lot of bridging, hip flexor stretching, mini band walks, 1 legged exercises, GM's / hypers, ems, bike and pool work has been done. I will look to do some of the same but also do some sled pulls, banded box squats / clams, pull throughs, core work, ART with some kind of running gradualy increasing the intensity.
