Are you addressing the break between the end of the second cycle end the start of the pre comp. season? The break would come just before Christmas and the ???break??? period (2-3 weeks) would be a kind of maintenance period with some technique work and jumping, followed by a short (3-5 weeks) max. strength phase (those 90-100% intensities) sliding into pre.comp/comp period.
