I think I ran pretty well since I havent done any speed or special endurance yet. For the 100 I got a decent start, pushed out of the blocks, stayed low and gradually built speed. My friend and I had to run the 100 together and from the corner of my eye I saw he got a better start than me, but I ended up catching him the last 30 meters. For the 200 I ran with my friend again, and I took the first 100 very conservatively. I turned it on the last 110ish but started to tighten up the last 30 meters. Overall I think once I get some quality runs in my times will be dropping and hopefully my 200 time will even out with my 100 time.
