3×10 Dips @BW + 3×10 Curls @35
I need help setting up my training, so far..
Mon – w/ team, tempo and whatnot
Tues – ?
Wed – w/ team, blocks
Thurs – ?
Fri – ?
Sat – ?
Sun – rest
Im usually not able to make it to practice on Tues, Thurs, Fri, and Sat. What kind of workouts should I be doing so that they go together with my Mon and Wed workouts? Also I cant change Mon and Wed around, I asked my coach and he said every Mon and Wed is going to be the same..
