SFS felt alright, not getting a full 24 hours recovery between yesterdays workout and todays kinda sucked, but I had to move my workout today from the afternoon to the morning because the high school I’m training at is having a football game in the afternoon. Pretty pissed off in the gym, these two kids kept stealing the bench and squat rack that I was clearly on -___-
