Accels were alright. I need to video myself doing starts to work on my mechanics and whatnot. I have a hard time getting triple extension with and without the sled along with low heel recovery. That’s something I need to greatly improve on. Didn’t have time to finish entire weight room session, will be doing V-Ups and some shoulder stuff at home.
