Felt like crap today. Girl’s bball team was on the track and decided to wander in my lane on the last 3 reps. One girl even kicked one of my tx juniors. Plus their assistant coach stood directly in my lane after he saw me run through that lane twice. Didn’t even bother to move. Gym was more of the same, right when I was about to do a snatch someone decided to walk right over the bar.
Besides all that bullshit, snatch form is getting better. Left hammy twinged a little during reverse lunges; don’t think I’m going to be doing those anymore. It was a little under 60 degrees today, was wearing 3 layers to keep my legs warm. I’m sure that slowed me down a little.
