Dash Berlin and old geezer Benassi had a hell of a set. It would’ve been 8 hours total but my friends and I skipped the first 2 DJs.
Warmed up today with no pain but once I did a couple of block starts the groin started to hurt. I’m throwing in the towel for this season, no good is going to come out of feeling pain every stride plus I’ve lost a lot of speed and strength due to missing workouts/not running 100%. Getting checked by my doctor tomorrow and hopefully going to get referred to a PT. Was a pretty good season overall. Despite the setbacks I have another year of experience coaching myself and I know what must be done to run faster. I’m glad I also tied and broke my PR in the 100m even if it’s not that much. It’s a good sign and gives me confidence in my ability to coach myself. May run some summer track depending on a couple of things. At least I now have more time in my day to do other things, like study lol.
