I think I’ve finally found the right settings for my block starts. Too bad everything came together on the last rep when I was already tired. My left knee, right adductor, and right ankle don’t feel that great right now. This and the lack of sleep I will get tonight due to studying will probably make me switch my workout tomorrow from extensive tempo on the track to bike tempo.
