No weight room. Groin really sore.
4 x 50m: 6.60, 6.50, 6.48, 6.44
Lower back didn’t feel that great so I cut the weight room out and moved it to tomorrow morning. Right adductor is really becoming a problem. It’s really sore after I workout and I know it’s altering my running form. I hope this doesn’t end my season.
