1 x Ankle Strengthening
3 x [1′ Plank + 1′ rest + 1′ Superman]
Going to be doing hills every Tuesday for tempo for a couple weeks. The hills a little over 150m and has a pretty good incline. The start is a little flat but picks up after 10m. Going to try to get my times sub 30 seconds for all my reps. Besides that the workout felt great, pushed pretty hard up the hill and didn’t feel that beat up after the workout.
