I hate the blocks I have. My foot keeps sliding down the blocks during the set position and I can’t get a good push because of the curve on the blocks. I got some video of the starts, I’ll post them later. SLJ felt bleh but got a small PB in the STJ. First time I’ve ever really tested back squat. All reps were slightly below parallel but not ATG. Didn’t want to go for a 1 rep max so loaded up 1.5 times my BW and squatted away. I had 5 reps in me but I pussied out right after 4… The chart I’m looking at says that equals 262lb as my one rep max with what I squatted today. Regardless I’m happy as this is the most I’ve ever squatted I believe lol. Did max pull ups for fun with no kipping and dead stop with arms fully extended.
