The first 60ms felt alright but I tied up the last 40ms. I think I could’ve raised my hips more at the start. I really need to fix my start, I’m getting left in the blocks every time. Running at 2 Stanislaus Saturday meets back to back in 2 weeks. Time to put in the work.
