Had a 30 minute window in between PE classes to get this workout in without running over any kids. Did most of my warm up at home so that I would have more time on the track for the actual workout. Running felt great considering I ran this in the morning without breakfast and less than 24 hours since yesterdays workout. The sun was out too which was nice.
