Lower back started acting up a little bit, only got 3 sets for back squats again. Going to stretch lower back more often. I just finished 3 weeks of GPP, going to unload next week and test 150, 300, BLF, OHB, SLJ, STJ. Not going to max on weights, never felt comfortable doing that. Wish I was able to buy a timing system so I could time 30m starts and 30m flys, will have to wait till around late July or August to get one.
