It wasn’t raining that bad today, so I decided to do some block work even though I did accels yesterday. I tried something different today, first 2 reps I only put the right back block in to work on and applying pressure properly with the right leg, then next 2 reps I only put the left front block in to work on getting triple extension, then last 2 reps were both blocks. Felt really good, I’m more aware of how it feels to get triple extension out of the “zero step” now; gotta work on pushing down the track better.
