Ran into a headwind coming out of the blocks. Wanted to bash some guys head in at the gym for doing 30 minutes worth of curls in the power rack -_____- Squats are starting to feel great again, hit slightly below parallel on all of them.
Quick question, I have a meet next Saturday and I’m only running the 100. I’ve never had anyone talk to me about properly training/preparing a week before a meet, it’s always been trial and error. So here goes;
1) Should I drop squats/plyos all together the week leading up to my meet?
2) How much should my volume decrease on the track/in the weight room?
3) What is the last day next week that I can do a high intensity workout before my meet?
