Weights:
1. Clean and Jerk 5×5 up to 235 (235 was did 1st and 3rd rep c and j and others just clean)
2. Squat – 5×5 up to 275 (only did 3 reps)
3. Incline Bench Press – 2×8 at 185
4. Pull-ups – 18
