Full warm-up including KB swings, HJ approach, LJ approach, strides, CMJ jumps to 42″
Then – 1h-2h-3h-4h all at 2′ close
Then – 7x 37.5m at 5.0x
Then – 20 pull-ups
Then – 20 MB plyo pushes
Runs were slow this morning – Compared to 4.6x for 35m last week – I think the AM (6 AM) probably accounts for the .1-.2 difference.
Messing around with changing up my schedule so it’s 3 day cycles with a rest day:
1. Sprints – getting a little more volume
2. Tempo – Veering more toward intensive and
3. Shot put, plyos, weights – with some tech (approach work, hh as warm-up)
4. Rest
